Kramiva is set up to work with clients in the United States remotely from India on websites, focused SaaS MVPs, internal tools, and AI automation. Live sessions land in the US morning, work is invoiced against named milestones, governing law and contracting terms are agreed before the engagement begins, and the code we write for you transfers on final payment.

- Available before scoping. We will sign yours rather than insisting on ours.
- Your data
- Used only to understand and answer your inquiry — not sold, not used for advertising, not added to a marketing list. Necessary infrastructure providers process it to operate the form and deliver our reply; the privacy policy names them. CCPA and CPRA is the regime we scope your build against.
- Overlap
- Daily, through the US morning. Live sessions land in the Eastern morning and the Pacific early morning. Work continues through your night, so a review usually happens on a build that moved while you slept.
- Contracting
- Governing law and contracting terms agreed before the engagement begins, mutual NDA available
- Invoicing
- Against named milestones. Currency and payment method are agreed during contracting, subject to the available banking and payment providers
