What Kramiva is
A small studio that builds and ships.
Kramiva is a founder-led software and digital-product studio building websites, ecommerce stores, web and mobile apps, custom software and SaaS products, and practical AI automation for businesses in India and international markets.
Kramiva is run by its three founders — Sahil Joshi, Tanay Achyute, and Vedant Shinde. Every engagement is owned directly by a founder who designs, builds, and reviews the work, which is the reason the standard holds.
The studio is built this way on purpose. Software goes wrong in the gap between the person who agreed the work and the person who writes it, so we removed the gap and kept the studio small enough to keep it removed.
We take on a small number of carefully scoped projects at a time. You should expect a written scope before anything is built, working software to open at agreed review points, and a system you can run yourself at the end.

We agree what the software has to do, and what it deliberately will not do, before writing any of it.

The people who own the studio design, build, and review the work, and answer for it afterwards.

The source code is yours
The code we write for you transfers on final payment, with the documentation needed to run it without us. Ownership, and how any third-party or pre-existing components are treated, is set out in the signed project documents.

Built to be operated
Performance, accessibility, and handover are written into the scope and checked before launch, not discovered afterwards.

Every engagement has direct founder ownership. Sahil, Tanay, and Vedant collaborate wherever product, design, engineering, and commercial decisions overlap, so the person who agreed the work is in the conversation that decides how it gets built — and nothing is handed off to anyone you have not met.

Honest limits
What we do not do.
- Large transformation programmes, ERP replacements, or platforms needing several teams in parallel
- Regulated healthcare, financial, or safety-critical systems, where we have no verified track record
- Work that would have to be subcontracted to people outside the studio
- Projects where the timeline only works if the scope is guessed at rather than agreed
