How engagements work
What is agreed before a build starts, how change is handled while it runs, and which document governs the work. This page describes the process; the signed documents for your engagement are what govern it.

About this website
This website is published for information. Nothing on it is a quotation or an offer capable of acceptance, and no price is stated anywhere on it — scope and price are agreed per project, in writing, after a call.
The projects shown under Work are self-initiated concept builds by Kramiva. Each is labelled as such wherever it appears, and none of them represents commissioned client work.
02
How an engagement is agreed
Work begins from a written scope. Before anything is built, we agree what is being made, the milestones it is broken into, the acceptance criteria for each one, the timeline, and the price.
Where the requirements are still open, discovery runs first as a short, separately agreed stage, so that the scope is written from something real rather than guessed at.
03
How change is handled
Refinement inside an agreed milestone is part of doing the work properly and is not billed separately.
A genuine change of direction — new scope, a changed requirement, a new integration — is re-scoped in writing and priced before it is started. Nothing arrives as a surprise invoice, and nothing is absorbed silently until the timeline fails.
04
Ownership, confidentiality, and payment
Ownership, licensing, confidentiality, payment terms, support arrangements, and what happens if either side wants to stop are set out in the documents signed for your engagement. Those documents govern the work — this page does not, and is not a substitute for them.
A mutual NDA is available before scoping, and we will sign yours rather than insisting on ours.
05
Questions before you sign anything
Ask, before a call rather than after one — write to contact@kramiva.com. Contracting terms are drawn up for the specific engagement rather than issued from a standard pack, so the honest answer to what you would be signing is that we scope the work first and put the terms in writing alongside it. Anything your legal adviser needs settled can be raised before signature.
