SaaS MVP Development

From a validated idea to a product people can pay for.

01

In short

What Kramiva means by SaaS MVP development

Kramiva designs and builds focused SaaS MVPs and web products: the interface, the application logic, the database, and the authentication, billing, and permissions around them. Scope is kept deliberately small so a three-person team can ship it properly, and the product is handed over documented enough for an in-house team to take it on later.

Who it is for
Founders and operators with a validated problem and commercial pressure to ship — including non-technical founders who need a partner rather than a contractor, and companies launching a product alongside an existing business.

02

Scope

What we build, and what is included.

What Kramiva can build

  • Focused SaaS MVPs with authentication and billing
  • Client portals and customer-facing dashboards
  • Multi-tenant applications with role-based access
  • Custom web applications for customers and teams
  • API integrations between existing business systems

What a typical engagement includes

  • Product scoping: what to build first, and what to deliberately leave out
  • Technical architecture and data modelling
  • Interface design and a design system that grows with the product
  • Full-stack engineering, integrations, and automated testing
  • Authentication, billing, permissions, and monitoring
  • Deployment, documentation, and operational runbooks

03

Delivery

How this one actually runs.

01Discovery and architecture — a written technical plan you own
02Design and engineering in milestones with written acceptance criteria
03A deployed environment from the first milestone onwards
04Handover: documentation, runbooks, and a working session with your team

Questions

The things you are about to ask.

Can Kramiva build a SaaS MVP?
Yes — focused MVPs are core work. A typical build covers signup and authentication, the core product workflow, billing, an admin view, and deployment, delivered over three to six months with direct founder ownership. Scoping the first release small is the part that decides whether it ships, and we are direct about that in the first call.
What is included in a product build?
Product scoping, technical architecture, interface design, full-stack engineering, integrations, automated tests, authentication and permissions, billing where relevant, deployment, monitoring, and written documentation. You receive a deployed application, the source code in your own repositories, and runbooks for operating it.
Can Kramiva work with an existing codebase?
Often, yes. We audit it first and give an honest read: extend, refactor, or restart. Recommending a restart costs us scope we could have billed, which is exactly why the answer is worth trusting. Where the existing stack is unfamiliar or unmaintained, we say so rather than guessing.
How is project scope decided?
In a discovery session, then in writing. We agree the problem, the users, and the first release, then write a scope with named milestones and acceptance criteria before engineering begins. Genuine changes of direction are re-scoped openly and priced; refinement inside a milestone is part of the job.
Does Kramiva provide post-launch support?
Yes. Every build ends with a defined support window for defects, and a monthly arrangement is available after that covering new features, performance work, and maintenance. Because you hold the repositories and accounts throughout, continuing is a choice rather than a dependency.
