- Yes. Kramiva is three founders and they do the work themselves, so the people on the scoping call are the people writing the code and answering for it afterwards.
- How do contracts and IP work across borders?
- Governing law and contracting terms are agreed before the engagement begins rather than assumed, and a mutual NDA is available before scoping. Currency and payment method are agreed during contracting, subject to the available banking and payment providers. Ownership, source-code transfer, and the treatment of pre-existing or third-party components are defined in the signed project documents.
- What about our compliance obligations?
- They are a scoping input. Which data a build collects, where it is stored, and how deletion and access requests are handled are designed against your obligations and written down before the work starts, and we complete supplier security questionnaires where your procurement process requires one. Engagements touching regulated health or financial data are outside what a three-person team takes on, and we will say so early.
- How much do we lose to the time difference?
- Live windows are fixed before the engagement starts and land in the US morning. Asynchronous work is designed for rather than tolerated: most mornings begin with a deployed build and a written update already waiting.
